We discuss this book and outline the sections that he wrote which are Courage, Clarity, Competence, Coachability, and Character. We are the next generation of leaders and we need to remember that when we fail to study, practice, and sharpen our skills we are failing the generations after us. Consider ways that you can improve your ministry and for those of you who haven't started your ministry do something today to begin.
